Hi,

Can anyone give me the lowdown on this area please ? Is it mainly owner occupied or council property ?

I am pretty sure it's owned by Beacon homes.

So are they housing association mainly ?

Yes I think so.
I know two people who live there and they both rent from the housing association.

I think the development is private but due to building new homes laws they have to give a percentage to local authority housing. Majority are private i think at the new development but I have 3 friends all moving in around the last few weeks into the housing association side.

This is predominantly privately owned, but due to housing legislation (as with most new developments) a small amount is given to the council.
