The Amersham Fair Organ Museum has an interesting collection of working fair organs. It's staffed by an enthusiastic group of volunteers who renovate and run the instruments, as well as producing the special sheet music used by the organs.
I've no connection with the museum, but can recommend it after visiting it on the last Amersham heritage day. I took my 7 year old son who was very reluctant to go but ended up not wanting to leave and had to be dragged out! We were shown how the organs worked and had them demonstrated to us by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic people who bought it all to life. An enjoyable and interesting trip.
