Can anyone advise me. I'm looking for a local cycle retailer who carries out repairs as well as supplies clothing etc. I've purchased several items online with http://www.cycleclothinguk.com who seem very good but was wondering where I could go locally. I'm new to the area and would rather go on recommendation.
Thanks
Fred

Dee's Cycles up the road (Hill Avenue) from Amersham Undeground Station are very good. They have a good range of bikes, and of other bits, and operate a very knowledgeable family business.
I've found them a little impatient before, but I know what I want from a bike, so I take a couple for a ride and take my pick. Their prices are equivalent to any bike shop, and if you spend enough and pay cash, ask for a discount - I got 10% off my last bike there.

There is a place in Chesham on Berkhamsted road, opposite the Police Station. Seems friendly.
