At first I though it looked like early morning, but judging by the shadows, I presume it was towards the end of the day.

Nice composition on the photo, like it.
Where precisely was the shot taken? I'll ask my friends daughter who works at a proof reading agency for newspapers.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, what stock agencies do you use? As an amateur photographer, was thinking of uploading a few photos myself.
Thanks,
Anthony

Alamy. But it's no good uploading a few photos. The only people who make any serious money out of it have uploaded tens of thousands (or else are very, very good).

Who says he wants to make money,
Why else would you upload to a stock agency?
I did eventually track it down. It was published in the Evening Standard Homes & Property supplement back in July.

Your picture was in the Saturday Telegraph, main section, this weekend. It was used to illustrate an article regarding the proposed changes for HS2 through the Chilterns.
Thanks for the tip off. I must find a copy. That picture is not in the on-line version of the Telegraph.
Are you sure it was the same one? Is there a credit at the top right?
I have just sold a similar one (landscape format with branches in the foreground), but that is supposedly for publication in February.

Yes, it is the same one, with some of the left hand side of the image cropped - I recognised the man and dog heading down the hill. The photo is on page 8 of the Telegraph - I can save our copy for you if you wish?
The credit to the photograph is "Moravka Images / Alamy"
