Used to belong to a charming gentleman in his 90s who owned it from new - and grew most of the trees from seed.
I think a plan to redevelop the site for three bungalows was turned down on appeal.

If you know the address you can search the CDC planning website for applications relevant to that address. From that you can find a contact for that property.
