1 4 v e r y s l o w stops. They obviously haven't seen the new timetable....and only 14 stops on the Metropolitan Line from London

A bit of spin there I think. Doesn't actually say 5th "best". Just 5th in terms of % of buyers who have moved from London.
Although you could infer that makes it 5th "best" in the opinion of those relocating from london.
