I'm considering having my driveway resurfaced. I know that there are a lot of cowboy operators out there so if anyone can recommend a good, reliable contractor I would be grateful.

Mark Kirby. Chitern Surfacing. Not sure of his number but should be in BT directory. Can not fault his work. It is praised on here on another thread. Local man, born in Amersham.

I chose Mark Kirby of Chiltern Surfacing. I'm pleased to say that he and his men did a first class job is spite of the appalling weather conditions at the time and both my wife and I are very pleased with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Recently also used Mark at Chiltern Surfacing. A decent price and a good job overall. I can recommend them. Not so impressed by Greystoke in Little Chalfont, however, who, after spending half an hour at our house measuring up, wrote the next day to say they couldnt do the work due to BBC filming committments.....odd
