Does anyone know of a plumber who is an expert in water pressure please?
We've bought a house and added an extension but we're not happy with the water pressures. We have a pump which needs connecting to the bath in addition to the shower, we have a problematical basin tap which pulses and doesn't run cold just lukewarm or hot, and toilet buttons that don't work unless rammed in and when rammed in, casue the toilets to flush so violently that water comes over the edge, so all needs fixing.
We need someone who can advise whether we need to change taps, get a more powerful pump, or if the existing plumbing/pump has been configured wrongly. The plumber who did the work says nothing can be done, but we don't have a great deal of faith in his abilities now, so hoping someone with more knowledge can help us.

Thanks Struthie - appreciated. What kind of work has he done for you? Does he deal with pressures and pumps etc?

He re-fitted my bathroom after it was bodged.
You would be best to ring him and ask as I am really not sure.
