Hi

My husband and I are looking to move our family to back to Amersham from London but have been hitting a dead-end in terms of finding suitable properties as the market seems to be unusually slow, even the agents are moaning about the pace of sales. So having done the rounds at the estate agents I thought I would try a slightly different approach and see if there was anyone out there who is toying with the idea of selling, and whether a commission-free sale would be a bonus.

What I am looking for:

• 3 or 4 bedrooms
• a bit of character
• garden
• commutable to the station by foot, bike or car (5 mins)

If you have a property that you are thinking of selling that you think may fit the bill then please do get in contact. We are a nice young family who have accepted an offer on our property already so are ready to move asap.

We struggled to find a 3 bedroom house in Chesham/Amersham last year.There was very litle on the market an ended up moving in the direction of Aylesbury.This might not be suitable for you, but you might have to cast your net wider.Have you been lookin onlne at ay Rightmove and findaproperty?
