Old Amersham February 1970

When a student at Imperial College in February 1970, Carlos Laborde-Basto, now living in Toronto Canada, visited Old Amersham. He has very kindly sent me the below pictures.

The High Street. The white building on the left was the old Red Lion, it is now painted pink. The building on the right has been refurbished and part of it was an old butchers.
