![]() A closer view of Old Amersham. St. Mary's dominates the sky line, to the right is the old brewery, now Badminton Court. Elmodesham House stands out in the High Street. Towards the top of the picture the tower block was the Chenies Nurses Home, this was demolished in the Summer of 2002 as part of the Amersham Hospital site redevelopment, the white building to the right was the Misbourne Unit of the hospital, also now demolished. |
